Yes, it’s usually best to remove the factory insole when adding full-length orthotics to ensure proper fit and function. However, some shoes don’t have a removable liner. In those cases, we recommend using Orange ¾ Length Insoles so that you can leave the existing insole in place without affecting comfort or support.
